CourtTV10 : I thought it was surprising that stan authenticated tape..but he does know all the voices D Skeptic : So do I. LoreeB : everyone does CourtTV10 : they can bring in the 12/1 Chachee : yes, but how does he know what went on before and after....the circumstances??? D Skeptic : That doesn't make me able to authenticate the tape. ISAAK95 : do you believe the judge has shown a bias? Chachee : they could call me up and I could do it too CourtTV10 : They can bring in the 12/11 tape through det zoeller, who confiscated it from oziel Chachee : but How does Zoeller knoow the circumstances? Baja Beach : MJ, how can they cross examine Stan about the 12/11 before a jury? D Skeptic : But was Det. Zoeller there when the tape was made. Does he know the circumstances? BABS1994 : but how does the det know the circumstances except thru hearsay? CourtTV10 : No, he doesn't...that will be more tricky and that will be the whole tenor of the defense CourtTV10 : attack on the tape Baja Beach : The DO have constitutional right to that confrontation before a jury, don't they?
